The location is central to our needs. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, and comfortable and accommodating. I really liked the separation of the sitting area with the sleeping area. The food was great. A wonderful and varied selection. The food area was very clean and easy to navigate. Your staff so friendly and kept everything well stocked. Everyone from the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful. We appreciated their sincere desire to make our stay a good experience.

This hotel was a stop over from our visit to Southern Idaho. I was traveling with my husband and my dog and we got a room on the first floor and parking was close by. Location was good and there are restaurants close by. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausages and waffles. Room was comfortable and we went visited the World Trade Center Memorial which is only a 10 mins walk. Will stay again when we come back to Kennewick.

The room was very clean and the perfect size for our needs, the bed was very comfortable after a long day of traveling. We used the hot tub and pool and both were very clean as was the area around the pool. We were traveling with our dog, so the pet area was also a nice amenity. Was close to several restaurants which were within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

Very new and clean and quiet! Giant room and comfy beds with lots of towels and extra bedding. We travel a lot for our kids' wrestling tournaments and stay in lots of hotels. This was one of my favorites just because it was clean and smelled fresh and seemed well-maintained. Also was reasonably priced.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Didn't notice any noise between rooms/floors. The breakfast was one of the best ones from a hotel that we've had with tons of options. The rooms were large and it was nice to have a separate living room area with a couch.
